Adding Training Plans

Creating Training Plans and assigning to clients.

Easy to understand training routines are key to client success, below I will show you how easy it is to create and edit training plans using Mighty45. 


In order to create a functioning training plan thats ready to be assigned to a client, the coach must complete these steps: 


  1. Create a training plan shell
  2. Add workouts to the training plan  
  3. Add exercises to the workouts  
  4. Assign the completed training plan to a client.


These steps can be completed at one time, or you can return to the Coach dashboard to complete them at your convenience. 

Creating a New Training Plan Shell

We’ll begin by creating a training plan shell from the Coach Dashboard -->Training Plans--> Add Training plan. 

Name this training plan and add other applicable information. You can choose to make this plan visible across your organization and assign a label for easy filtering later. This information can be updated and modified from the Coach Dashboard --> Training Plans.  

Click "Confirm" to save changes.  New training plan shell has been added to the Coach Dashboard view. 

Next, you can begin building out the plan by adding workouts.
