Deactivating a Client
Changing client status from "Active" to "Inactive".

If a client decides to take a break from training and will no longer use the system to communicate with the coach, their status should be set to "Inactive." Client and communication data is preserved in the system, however, the client will no longer be able to log in or access the system.
1. From the Clients tab, click on "View Details".

2. Click on the "Edit Client" button.

3. Set the Account Status to "Inactive".

The client can now be found under the "Inactive Clients" list of the dashboard.
An inactive client can no longer use the client app to communicate with the coach but is not permanently removed from the system. Communication records, images, or other exchanges with their coach remain in the system and can be accessed by the coach or system admin.
