Deleting a Client Permanently
Removing a client from the system permanently (not recommended).

Client Account Status
Within the Mighty45 system, the client is either set to - "active" or "inactive." An active client has full functionality of the app, including the ability to report progress, access to groups, and the ability to communicate with a coach. An inactive client can no longer use the client app to communicate with the coach but is not permanently removed from the system. Communication records, images, or other exchanges with their coach remain in the system and can be accessed by the coach or system admin.
Deleting the client will remove all records, images, or other exchanges with their coach, and they can not be recovered.
Only "Inactive" clients can be deleted.
1. From the "Clients" tab, click to View Details for the desired client.

2. In the Client Details pages, click on Edit Client.

3. Set the account status to "Inactive" - click Confirm to save the change.

Deleting a Client
Once a client is set "Inactive," the client record will move to the "Inactive Clients" section in the Clients view on the coach console. There you will find a delete icon that you can click to delete the client and associated data permanently.
Data can be recovered once the client is deleted permanently.
