Adding exercises to a new workout.

We start on the Coach Dashboard-->Training Plans tab--> Training Plan to which we wish to add a workout, then click the "Add an Exercise" button, as show below.

Now you can choose an exercise set type that includes Straight Set or SuperSet.
We'll add a straight set first, by select an exercise from the list, if a specific exercise is not listed, you can add it now. Next set reps, and rest times, and the number of sets and instructions for your clients.

For a SuperSet the process is similar, except, you can add several exercises to the set.

Keep adding exercise to this workout in the same fashion, until this workout is built out. The exercises will appear to the client in the order they have been added, to ensure a specific order, use the drop down menu option to re-order.
Keep adding exercises until the training plan contains all the workouts needed.
Use Quick task buttons, like "Add Rest Day" to help you build out the workout faster, and change the order of the workouts using the "Reorder Workouts" button.
Finally, in addition to assigning the training plan to your client, you can Print or export the finished product as a PDF.

Once all the workouts have been added, you can assign the training plan to a client.
