Mighty45 nutrition data doesn't match my other apps. Why?

Mighty45 uses Apple Health as the source for all nutrition data. Apple Health collects this data from other 3rd party apps that you may use for tracking. Please verify that these tools report the correct data to Apple Health. Remember that if you use several apps, Apple Health will report combined numbers, which will be reflected in Mighty45.

If you have just started to track nutrition data using a 3rd party app, it may take 24 hours before this is reflected in Mighty45, since the data must be synchronized through Apple Health.

My data still doesn't match, what now?

1. Verify that the data is synchronizing properly.

If you use third-party apps like MyFitnessPal to collect your health data and record it in Apple Health, verify that synchronization to that tool is turned on in settings.

To verify, visit Settings –> Health –> Data Access & Devices → Sources on your phone and check that the toggle button is set to green.

If you do not see the app or device listed in the settings, the connection was not established, and you must visit the setting for that app or device to activate the relationship.

2. Verify that Apple Health Kit is recording the data.

Within Apple Health Kit click on the Browse tab on the bottom, search for Carbohydrate data and select it, then scroll to the bottom, and Select "Show All Data". Here you will see all the data that has been recorded by Apple Health and is available for import into Mighty45.

Health –> Browse –> Search 'Carbohydrate' –> Show All Data to view all data recorded by Apple Health.
