I'm not receiving app notifications from my Coach or Client. What's going on?

Mighty45 offers both visual and push notifications, inside and outside the app, to ensure that communication between coach and client is smooth and in real time. However, if you are not receiving messages, here are a few things setting to check.
On the iPhone:
1. Smart Focus feature maybe turned on.
New Smart Focus feature may cause notifications to be silenced during specific periods. For many, this feature is automatically activated. To check if you have Smart Focus turned on visit Settings --> Focus --> Select a Focus and verify that "Smart Activation" is toggled to OFF.
If you use Smart Focus feature on your device, make sure that Mighty45 is part of the allowed Apps group.
2. Push Notification settings.
Verify that your notification settings for Mighty45 are turned on. To check this visit Settings --> Notifications --> then scroll to find Mighty45. Tab on the app name to verify that "Allow Notifications" is turned on and the proper alerts are turned on.
