Connecting Health Kit to Mighty45 📲

A convenient way to share health data from your phone is to connect your app to mighty45. We begin on the client dashboard by clicking on the hamburger menu and selecting “Setup Health Kit.”

On the access screen, we can choose to share all data, or individual data points, then click “Allow.”

HealthKit has now been connected to Mighty45. Any future changes to this permission will have to take place in your phone’s Privacy settings. If you purchase a new device, this process must be repeated. 

Note: If you use third-party apps like MyFitnessPal, OR a Bluetooth scale to collect your health data and record it in HealthKit, verify that synchronization to that tool is turned on in settings.

To verify, visit Settings –> Health –> Data Access & Devices → Sources on your phone and check that the toggle button is set to green.

If you do not see the app or device listed in the settings, the connection was not established, and you must visit the setting for that app or device to activate the relationship.
