Entering Macro's Manually
Keeping track of water, macronutrient, and kCal consumption is important to overall fitness and may be required by your coach. There are two ways to report this information in Mighty45, direct entry and through synchronization with another application that already collects this data.
To enter Proteins, Carbs, and Fat's consumer, click on the pencil icon next to each category. Enter the numbers consumed, and click save. The Calories will updated automatically based on the kCal goal set by your coach.

Synchronizing through Apple Health Kit or Google Fit.
To setup a connection click on the hamburger menu from the client dashboard inside your app, and select “Setup Health Kit.” Then follow the steps to setup a connection.

NOTE: If you use third-party apps like MyFitnessPal, OR a Bluetooth scale to collect your health data and record it in HealthKit, verify that synchronization to that tool is turned on in settings.
To verify, visit Settings –> Health –> Data Access & Devices → Sources on your phone and check that the toggle button is set to green.
If you do not see the app or device listed in the settings, the connection was not established, and you must visit the setting for that app or device to activate the relationship.
