Disconnecting Health Kit from Mighty45

If you no longer wish to share health data with Mighty45 or wish to make changes to specific shared data points, this can be completed in the phone Privacy settings. 

Begin by clicking on Settings, navigating to Privacy, then Health, and selecting Mighty45. Here we can choose to stop sharing all data or specific data points.
