To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:
- Open a web browser and navigate to the Admin menu.
- Click on the "Subscription" tab.
- Locate the "Unsubscribe" button and click on it.
Before canceling, please keep the following in mind:
When you cancel, your access to the system will end immediately, any fee remainder will be refunded to the card on file, if applicable. All clients and coaches will be set to 'Disabled' immediately and they will not be able to communicate with you or with each other using the system. It's important to notify your clients about this change.
If you need time to reset and recalibrate your business, we recommend deactivating each client or coach currently present in the system while keeping the account open. This will allow you to reassess your business needs while retaining access to all system data. By taking this step, you'll have ample time to make an informed decision about your subscription, ensuring that it aligns perfectly with your evolving business needs.
