Delicious recipes that are part of a balanced meal plan is another way we help our clients meet their goals. Mighty45 provides robust functionality for meal planning, including the ability to store macros, serving sizes, kCal information, and ingredients. The following section outlines the steps for adding and editing recipes in Mighty45.
To add a recipe you will:
- Start on Coach dashboard →Nutrition screen → Recipes tab
- Click - Add new Recipe Button
- Name the recipe and click the “Add Ingredient” button to start adding ingredients and nutrition information. Links to videos, blogs, or other information can be added in the Description section.
- Click Save to see the new recipe added to the list of available recipes.Â
Start of the Coach Dashboard
Start on Coach dashboard →Nutrition screen → Recipes tab
Click - Add new Recipe Button

Name the recipe and click the “Add Ingredient” button to start adding ingredients and nutrition information.

Links to videos, blogs, or other information can be added in the Description section. Click Save to see the new recipe added to the list.

Click on the Edit icon next to the recipe to view the recipe card. Â

Now the recipe is available to be added to a meal plan.Â
